All sales are final. No refunds.

Because each ceramic piece is 100% handmade, unique, and individually crafted, slight variations in color, texture, shape, and finish are expected and celebrated as part of the artistry. These characteristics are not considered defects and are part of what makes every piece one-of-a-kind.

However, we want you to love your piece.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following situations:

  1. The item arrives broken or damaged during shipping

  2. You received the wrong item

To process an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

  • Include photos of the packaging and the item

  • We will review and provide the next steps

If approved, we will happily exchange your piece for another item of equal value.

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Items that have variations in shape, texture, glaze, or color

  • Items used, handled, or displayed

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Custom orders
